‘Baan’ means ‘home’ in Thai. And from the moment you walk through our doors, that’s exactly how we want you to feel; warm, welcome, and part of the family.
Behind every dish at Baan Coastal lies our family’s lifelong love affair with Thai cuisine – a passion passed down through generations and carried across the world.
It started in the bustling kitchens of Bangkok, where our family were trained in some of the city’s finest restaurants,
mastering the art of authentic Thai cuisine and the warm hospitality for which Thailand is renowned.

Our signature Hot Stone dishes allow guests to cook premium cuts of meat, seafood, and vegetables to their exact preference on a sizzling volcanic stone at the table, creating an interactive and unforgettable dining experience.
Alongside our Hot Stone menu, our talented chefs prepare authentic Thai cuisine and handcrafted sushi using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. From fragrant curries and traditional stir-fries to beautifully presented sushi and sashimi, every dish is carefully created to deliver exceptional flavour and authenticity.

We went for a birthday lunch Friday 28th August. As it has only just opened we thought we’d show some support for a new business in town.
We ordered sushi and were presented with two beautiful plates of food. My daughter has had sushi many times and said it was the best she'd ever eaten. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and polite.
I recommend it as a place to go if you want authentic Thai or sushi. I’m looking forward to trying the hot stone next time I go.
